Do you have parking?
We have one dedicated parking bay in our secure undercover parking lot for you.
Is the apartment serviced?
The apartment is a self-catering unit and not serviced. However, we can arrange a service at a fee for you. Just let us know.
Do you supply wood and coffee?
We supply 1 bag of wood and Nespresso capsules to get you going. The apartment is a self-catering unit and everything beyond the initial supply can be stocked up on in the supermarket across the road.
Is there backup power for loadshedding?
We don`t have an inverter. However, our wifi has a UPS backup and stays on during loadshedding. We have rechargeable light globes as well and a gas stove with kettle to cook and make tea and coffee.
Is the apartment child-friendly?
Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children. There is a long flight of stairs leading up to the apartment which is not safe for children. We are based in the centre of town as well with no outside space to run and play.
When is checkin and checkout?
Our checkin is at 2pm, our checkout is at 10 am. Because we are usually fully booked, we can not accommodate flexible checkin and checkout times, unfortunately.
